Creation of a Web Application for Procurement and Payment Management

We developed a web application for managing purchases and payments for suppliers and distributors at Grupo Conauto. It allows the management of the procurement and payment cycle, as well as the control of supporting documents for operations, including invoices (CFDIs for expenses and payment complements) in compliance with Annex SAT 3.3 and its subsequent update to 4.0.

The operation of two companies within the group was integrated. The self-service portal for suppliers and distributors helps distribute the workload of the accounts payable department, as online notifications for SAT validations and business rules facilitate self-management and tracking of operational status.

Development of Electronic Accounting for Mexican Payroll

During the migration of the Mexican payroll system to the SAP ECPY cloud, Innova-tec successfully led the development and integration of the regulatory payroll processes: Electronic Accounting and CFDI 3.3 and 4.0 Payroll Receipt Stamping, impacting:

  • 5 companies within the HSBC Mexico Group.

  • 13,000 employees.

  • Integration across 4 applications: SAP ECPY, Oracle Fusion Financials, Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, and Carvajal.

The project was coordinated from the United Kingdom, with the participation of 4 development teams located in the Philippines, India, and Mexico.
