Global implementation of an HCM system in a company with a presence in 30 countries.
We participated in the strategic project of unifying and implementing cloud-based HR processes using SAP SuccessFactors for ISS Facility Services, a Danish facility services company with a presence in over 70 countries.
Innova-tec contributed to mapping HR operational workflows, integration with the Oracle PeopleSoft payroll system, comprehensive testing, as well as data mapping, cleansing, and migration.
ISS Mexico was the first country to go live with the global practices established by the corporate headquarters in Denmark. The project involved at least 5 service providers from around 15 different countries.

Implementation and process improvements for retail and distribution.
We optimized and stabilized the financial and distribution processes implemented in Oracle PeopleSoft Finance for Innova, a leading Mexican company in television sales across Mexico and the U.S. Hispanic market, processing over 20,000 orders per month across 5 sales channels.
Our work included implementing operational and performance enhancements, developing interfaces with sales and inventory systems, and providing comprehensive training and support.

Integration of payroll for 9 countries in an international company.
MABE, a Mexican company specializing in the design, production, and distribution of home appliances with a presence in over 70 countries, faced the challenge of calculating payroll for 9 South American countries and integrating the payslips into their SAP SuccessFactors cloud, all for a workforce of up to 20 employees per country.
Leveraging the existing payroll configuration in Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll (implemented by Innova-tec for Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and El Salvador), we integrated employee personal and job data from SAP into PeopleSoft Payroll to execute all payroll calculation and payment processes, then sent the payslips back to SAP SuccessFactors for publishing and consultation.
