Creation of IT Infrastructure Repository in a University Corporation

We documented the Enterprise Technology Architecture at Universidad Iberoamericana for the systems supporting student, administrative, and financial processes.

• Executed with a team of 8 consultants and over 60 users and IT personnel involved.

• The documented systems span 4 university campuses, a high school, and Radio Ibero.

• 28 systems documented, 112 microsites, and 255 databases.

This facilitated the design of the technology roadmap for all areas of the university.
