Archivel Query Application for Regulatory Audits in Finance
We developed a historical data exploitation system for Grupo Gigante, a retail self-service client, which migrated its PeopleSoft Finance system to another application.
The project included database cleaning, migration from Informix to DB2, and the creation of exportable reports to Excel with a simple user interface.
This application enabled compliance with historical data requirements for regulatory audits without the need to maintain the obsolete system infrastructure or outdated middleware.
Payroll and Human Resources PeopleSoft Archive
Using the native functionality of PeopleSoft HCM, we generated 5 years of payroll and human resources historical data to free up space and improve performance in the transactional tables.
At the same time, we created an online query system and reports within PeopleSoft to access this information for any operational or regulatory requirement, as Mexican laws mandate up to 10 years of available data to support any legal claims.
The solution was implemented for a European company with 13,000 employees in Mexico providing maintenance services.
